Terms & Conditions of the Brrr’ancaster Bash Prize Draw

  • Over 18s only

  • Only debit card payments or bank transfers

  • Text entries will be charged at your donation amount plus the cost of your standard network rate. 94.5% of your donation will go directly to charity. The remainder is the cost to use the text service.

  • No cash alternative offered

  • No re-sell

  • Winners consent to be available for publicity

  • No re-sell but gifting to friends or family by mutual agreement of Brancaster, the supplier, and the winner maybe possible.

  • The Brancaster Events committee and the prize donor are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the prize draw or the acceptance or use of the prize.

  • All prizes selected and won on 10th February must be collected /booked by 28th February otherwise the prize will be re-drawn.

  • The Prize Draw is promoted by Brancaster Events Committee and is licensed by Waverly Borough Council under the Small Societies Lottery licencing scheme.

  • If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 he/she will be disqualified from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the purchase price will be returned.

  • The cost of each entry is £10. You may purchase more than one entry.

  • Payment must be made in advance before you can be entered into the draw. Only entries for which payment has been received in full are eligible to win a prize.

  • You accept that we may be unable to provide refunds or replacements once you have purchased your raffle entries.

  • Late entries will be entered into the next applicable raffle.

  • We will not be responsible for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit for any reason including as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
